My role involves creating, maintaining and deepening customer relationships. I monitor performance and work alongside the operations management team to ensure our customers are receiving the most efficient service. I enjoy my role because it has such a variety of tasks and allows me to broaden my understanding of the port operations. I also appreciate knowing that I make a positive difference to a customer’s experience.
