“I’m an administrator within CLdN’s invoicing department. Daily tasks involve preparing, verifying, issuing and approving invoices. But invoice handling is just the tip of the iceberg, as my working day includes regular interaction with other CLdN group entities. These interactions demand a near-perfect understanding of all products, services, processes and procedures across the group. CLdN provides me with the necessary support to feel motivated and engaged with my assigned tasks. There’s space to grow and develop my skills, and I appreciate the work/life balance CLdN provides me – it makes my after-workday activities with family a joy! CLdN’s onboarding assistance made it possible for me to gain a ‘big picture’ understanding of essential business operations and made me feel like a valued member of the team very quickly.

“I joined CLdN in March 2022. I’m mainly focused on payroll, ensuring payments are correct and delivered on time every month. The fun part of my job is that it is much more than just payroll. For example, I’m always answering different questions that HR receives by mail, telephone or in person.
But every day is new, and my priorities can change in a heartbeat. That is one of the reasons I chose to work for CLdN. I wanted to expand my knowledge about different aspects of HR. I'm still learning a lot and I'm grateful for all my colleagues who helped and coached me. I look forward to learning even more
