Due to continuous expansion, we are looking for a colleague to reinforce our IT office based in office in Wilrijk (Antwerp). 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and impassioned Teamlead Scrum Master to join our team.  You will be responsible for coordinating software changes/projects within a team of the department IT Applications. As Scrum Master, you should be able to lead one or two teams and you will need organizational skills and a proven ability to manage changes/projects within a scrum team.

Your role

  • As a Scrum Master you promote the Scaled Agile Mindset and inspire teams to apply the Scrum principles;

  • You implement the structural way of working of IT Applications so that a knowledge sharing culture is created;

  • You facilitate the Scrum Ceremonies, and you support the teams in their daily operations;

  • To lead and co-ordinate the estimating, planning and delivery of multiple changes/projects within the team;

  • To anticipate, manage, and resolve issues, risks, dependencies, and impediments that may impact on the delivery of the teams’ changes/projects;

  • To act as a first point of contact for all problems, obstacles, and opportunities;

  • As an IT Applications Team Lead you are also responsible for the personal and professional development of your team(s);

  • Thanks to your excellent people and communication skills, you can quickly detect what your team members need to be motivated and you can detect and resolve conflicts;

  • To ensure that your changes and products are delivered with quality and with appropriate levels of testing and technical governance;

  • To support the Business in delivering their Product aspirations in a timely and cost-effective manner.

 

Your profile                                                                          

  • Experienced in Scrum / Agile development.

  • Knowledge in project management and running projects through the entire lifecycle.

  • Skilled in managing software delivery using agile development processes.

  • Applying Soft Skills to support the Scrum team(s).

  • Experience of ensuring quality of software projects by working with software managing defect resolution.
