CLdN Automotive Ltd. is a Vehicle Enhancement Centre where vehicles are prepared for customer handover and commercial vehicles are being built to fleet customers’ specifications. It is a busy, fast-paced environment and as the company continues on its rapid growth, a new opportunity has arisen for an Customer Service Apprentice. 

 

Within this challenging role, you will provide administrative support to the Administration Team in CLdN Automotive. 

 

Your role

  • To study and pass a Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship with a duration of 18 months. 

  • Supporting the CLdN Automotive Administration Team with all admin tasks in a timely and efficient fashion.

  • Taking responsibility to provide an effective service. 

  • To support and ensure good customer service, problem solving and professionalism while displaying honesty and dedication. 

  • Sustain positive and trusting customer relationships by exceeding expectations with prompt and accurate responses to enquiries/requirements via telephone, email and Microsoft Teams, whilst maintaining a professional attitude.

  • Assist in the management of the incoming mailbox and responding promptly to customer enquiries. 

  • Ensure accurate notes are taken at meetings involving management and employees. 

  • To positively communicate and coordinate between colleagues and departments as required. 

  • Processing any required orders and transactions. 

  • To cover for holidays and other absences of any colleague on an as and when required basis. 

Your profile                                                                          

  • You will hold GCSE level 4 or functional skills Level 2 in Maths and English (or equivalent)

  • Able to demonstrate customer service skills 

  • Good IT skills including the use of MS Office

  • Have good communication skills with all levels of management and staff

  • Ability to demonstrate confidence in working under pressure and using initiative

  • You must be a self-motivated individual, with a flexible approach to work
